Private sharing: Publish and share agents with your team. Only your team can see them.
Members and roles: Invite admins and members; owners control billing, roles and the team.
Pooled credits: Add credits once and the whole team draws on the same balance.
Member spending: Choose whether members can spend the team’s pooled credits.
If the plan ends: Members lose access; credits, members and content stay; the owner can restart the plan.

How credits work

You add funds: Card payment through Stripe, minimum $5.00. Fees are shown before you confirm.
We pay the provider: Your request goes to the provider that serves it.
We deduct the same amount: 1 credit = 1 USD of provider cost. No markup per request, no per model multiplier.
The balance sits there: Credits never expire. Stop for six months and your balance is unchanged.

Against the alternatives

You have three ways to pay for the same model calls. The Radient Pass page carries this table too, with the same answers.

Per unit, running a model through Radient Pass costs more than billing that provider directly. A provider charges its own rate with no service fee. Radient adds 10% plus $0.30 per top-up. You pay that difference for one prepaid balance instead of one per provider, one key to rotate and one bill to reconcile. You also get web search, image, video and audio tools on the same token, plus per step routing you did not have to build. Going direct is cheaper when you call exactly one provider. You then manage its key and its invoice yourself. You should know that before your first top-up, not after it.

Paying and refunds

How you pay: Major credit cards through Stripe. Stripe handles the card, and card numbers never reach Radient servers.
Minimum and timing: Minimum top-up $5.00. Credits land as soon as the payment clears.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable, because they can be spent the moment they land. Billing errors are a different matter: report one within 30 days and we investigate and correct it.
Currency: All amounts are USD.
